What’s your exchange policy?

As all our items are hand printed and made to order, we aren’t able to exchange sizes. If you need sizing advice, please email jasminacoric@littlelionpress.co.uk; we’re always happy to help! 

However, if you receive the wrong size (from what was initially ordered), we will absolutely send a replacement in the correct size. Email the same address above so we can make this right for you.

What’s your return policy?

All items are final sale. If you receive anything defective, please let us know and we’ll be glad to send a replacement. You will need to contact us within one week of receiving an item to report a problem.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Orders including printed items (shirts, totes, joggers, etc.) can be cancelled within 24 hours. We work quickly to get your order in the works so we can send it to you as soon as possible, so cancellations are unable to be made after 24 hours.

When will my preorder ship?

While payment is taken upon purchase, preorders will ship per the timeframe stated in the listing. We’ll be sure to send an email once we begin fulfilment on our preorders. If, however, we are having a delay with a preorder, we will share this information via email.

Will I receive a tracking number?

As we want to keep shipping costs as low as possible, at present, we are unable to provide tracking numbers, due to the increased cost of shipping.

Book Damage Criteria

The following DO qualify as damage:

• Dirty or sticky residue that can’t be removed

• Stained or discoloured

• Parts/pages missing

• Punctured

• Spine split in half

• Torn - piece missing (not hangnails)

• Water damaged

The following DON’T qualify as damage:

• Light scratches

• Shelf wear (dulling and fading)

• Wrinkles (minor on a paperback spine)

• Hardback jacket - minimal creasing

• Slightly wavy pages

The above are general guidance, however, every ticket will be manually reviewed and all exchanges/returns will be at the discretion of our customer support team.
